When we talk about Personal Development several things come to mind. For some this can mean many different things. For instances some:

? To get a better job
? Make improvements in a relationship
? Learn how to set and keep goals.
? Learn how to manage their time and be efficient
? Change their physical appearance
? Create a better financial platform

And the list can go on. Regardless of the reason most of us are looking for ways to improve our lives and be happier. However most of us don't get what we want because we don't know exactly what it is that we want. Most of us fail because we never begin. Most of us need to change the way we see ourselves.
